Gas Safety Certificate
If your rental property has a gas boiler or any gas appliances, an annual safety certificate is a legal requirement.
Move To East Ltd has a network of Gas Safe registered engineers who can certify your gas appliances, and also offer optional boiler servicing to keep it in the best possible condition.
Electrical safety certificate (EICR) & PAT Test
It is the landlord’s responsibility to ensure all electrical fittings, wiring and supplied appliances are in safe and working order.
We can help certify appliances (PAT Testing) as well as Fixed Wiring (EICR).
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), Fire Risk Assessment& Floor Plan
It is a legal requirement to obtain an EPC prior to letting your property. In Scotland, this must be obtained before advertising.
Our EPC lasts for 10 years – and comes at an incredibly low price. We can also offer First Risk Assessment & Floor plan.
Inventory & Check-In/Out
We always recommend creating an inventory report and having this signed by all parties (landlord and tenants) on the move-in date.
